Nodalview helps real-estate professionals create stronger property media. The iOS work centered on making video editing and export feel native, fast, and reliable for agents working under practical time pressure.
Alongside feature delivery, the team improved testing, CI, and architecture so weekly releases became realistic without increasing regression risk.

- Built a native AVFoundation video editor with 4K real-time rendering from scratch.
- Reduced export times by 40% compared with the Android/FFMPEG implementation.
- Led a distributed iOS team of 3 engineers and established high code quality standards.
- Introduced SnapshotTesting and TDD, raising code coverage from 0% to about 60%.
- Moved CI to GitHub Actions and cut build times from 20 minutes to 5 minutes.
- Migrated legacy code toward a modular Clean Swift (VIP) architecture.
